PETOK acts as a vital link in backstage industries, providing opportunities for growth, connection, and representation, through job matching and promotion, training and masterclasses, mentorship programs, shadowing opportunities and diversity consulting.

Founded by Pembe Tokluhan and developed through in person connections and experience, PETOK PRODUCTIONS is a human centred organisation. I had the pleasure of joining them in a web and community development role, helping the organisation grow into its next exciting phase - with a Squarespace website and membership community, using the platform Mighty Networks.
